This American IPA showcases a vibrant collaboration with Freestyle Hops, utilizing Motueka and Nelson Sauvin SubZero Hop Kief alongside Citra. The result is an intensely aromatic profile where bright lime zest and crushed gooseberry meet tropical passionfruit and sweet citrus. The use of concentrated lupulin products provides a distinctively juicy complexity and a notably creamier mouthfeel than traditional T90 pellets. A clean, grainy malt backbone supports the massive hop saturation, leading to a firm but smooth bitterness. It finishes dry and crisp, leaving a lingering trail of white grape and resinous pine, showcasing a modern, fruit-forward interpretation of the style.

Appearance. Deep gold with a slight, modern haze. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with good lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by New Zealand characteristics. Bright lime from Motueka, white grape and gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin, and tropical mango from Citra. Low, clean, bready malt sweetness provides a neutral foundation.

Taste. Bold hop-forward flavors of citrus peel, tropical stone fruit, and vinous grape. Bitterness is firm and clean, providing structure without harshness. Malt character is minimal, offering a slight cracker-like support. The finish is dry with a lingering resinous hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a noticeably creamy, smooth texture from specialized hop extracts. Carbonation is moderate-high; very light, smooth alcohol warmth.
