Nodding Dog is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies the modern, juicy profile of Fuerst Wiacek. The aroma is dominated by an intense burst of tropical mango and lime courtesy of Citra, layered with the unique pink grapefruit and dried rose petal nuances characteristic of Talus. On the palate, the experience is lusciously fruit-forward, featuring layers of guava and citrus supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. Its hallmark opacity and glowing straw hue lead into a pillowy-soft mouthfeel, where the bitterness remains restrained and well-integrated. The finish is clean yet lingering, leaving a refreshed impression of exotic fruit and subtle herbal sage.

Appearance. Straw to light gold with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous quality. Pours with a thick, meringue-like white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves intricate lacing.
