Mosaic Meltdown presents a saturated sensory experience, defined by the potent aromatic interplay of Mosaic and Motueka hops. This Hazy IPA pours with a characteristic opaque glow, releasing intense layers of crushed lime zest and tropical passionfruit. The double dry-hopping process amplifies the signature Mosaic notes of ripe blueberries and tangerine, while the Motueka contributes a bright, mojito-like citrus lift. Underlying the hop intensity is a soft, bready malt foundation that rounds out the palate. It concludes with a gentle, pillowy finish and a restrained bitterness that emphasizes the vivid, juicy fruit character of these New World hops.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 4-5) with an opaque, hazy glow. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of lime zest, mango, and ripe blueberry. Underlying notes of tropical stone fruit and tangerine are supported by a neutral, lightly bready malt character and clean fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of lime, guava, and sweet citrus. Malt flavor is low and grainy, providing a soft backdrop. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, never sharp, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish with no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a smooth, creamy texture without astringency and a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
