Bold aromatics of grapefruit and tropical lime from Citra lead the charge, followed by the distinctive blueberry and stone fruit complexity of Mosaic. A background of resinous, herbal dankness from Columbus adds structural depth. The combination of Golden Promise and Pilsner malts provides a clean, lightly bready foundation, while the addition of Oats and Wheat lends a supple, rounded texture that softens the firm bitterness. It finishes crisp and dry, leaving a refreshing, lingering trail of citrus zest and pine.

Appearance. Pours a luminous medium gold (approx 7 SRM) with a slight haze. Topped by a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring punchy citrus, mango, and berry notes. Very low grainy-sweet malt character allows a touch of resinous pine to emerge. Clean fermentation profile with virtually no yeast-derived esters.

Taste. High hop flavor intensity, mirroring the aroma with layers of grapefruit, tropical fruit, and a subtle earthiness. The malt flavor is low but provides a clean, bready support. Bitterness is firm and medium-high, balancing the fruit notes without becoming harsh. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a notably smooth, slightly creamy texture from the oat and wheat additions. Carbonation is medium-high. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
