IPA – Dry hopped with Mosaic & Simcoe.

Pale orange like a summer dusk glowing like the embers of that last summer BBQ. There’s wheat, bubblegum and juicy ripe mandarins on the nose. As for taste, well, expect lemongrass, mango, lime; expect tang and juicy mouthfulls of orange zest; expect peppercorns and bright floral notes. It finishes dry and clean with no splash. A perfect score.
