This American Pale Ale showcases a modern, hop-forward profile through the classic synergy of Citra and Chinook. The sensory experience begins with an inviting bouquet where Citra provides bright layers of mango and lime, while Chinook adds a foundational resinous pine and grapefruit zest. Its appearance is a brilliant pale gold, crowned by a resilient white head. A clean, neutral malt base provides just enough bready support to balance the hop intensity without introducing heavy caramel. Appearance. Pale golden to deep yellow (5–7 SRM). Features a moderately large, creamy white head with excellent retention and fine lacing. Clarity is clear to brilliant.
