This Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA showcases a vivid, saturated hop profile driven by the synergy of Citra and Loral. It pours a dense, luminous gold with an opaque, juice-like glow. The bouquet is a complex layer of bright grapefruit and mango from the Citra, interlaced with the elegant floral, herbal, and delicate peppery notes characteristic of Loral. On the palate, a soft, pillowy texture carries waves of tropical fruit and citrus zest over a lean, bready malt base. The finish is remarkably smooth with a restrained bitterness, ensuring high drinkability despite its intense aromatic saturation and 6.8% potency.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (SRM 4-6) with a deep, opaque haze that glows with a healthy shine. Topped with a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical mango, passion fruit, and lime zest from Citra, complemented by Loral’s signature floral bouquet of honeysuckle and lavender with a hint of lemon peel. Background notes of fresh, grainy malt and soft bready dough provide a clean foundation without any caramel or toast.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring dominant grapefruit and stone fruit from the Citra, while Loral adds a refined herbal and floral complexity. Low to moderate bitterness is well-integrated, never becoming sharp or harsh. The malt flavor is supportive, tasting of light bread and neutral cereal. The finish is soft and off-dry with a clean, fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a noticeably soft, silky, and rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to the plush feel without being prickly. Subtle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated; no astringency or raw hop burn is detected.
