Discotheque is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies modern hop expression through a saturation of flavor and aroma. This pour features a high-intensity bouquet driven by a heavy dry-hop of Citra, Mosaic, and HBC 692. Expect a sensory explosion of ripe mango, pink grapefruit, and zesty lime, underscored by the unique floral and herbal nuances of HBC 692, reminiscent of rose petals and sage. The malt bill provides a soft, bready foundation that supports the lush tropical fruit flavors without introducing cloying sweetness. It finishes with a delicate, well-integrated bitterness, leaving a refreshing impression of citrus peel and stone fruit on the palate.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 3-6); opaque with a consistent hazy shine. Features a medium, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick, decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit, including mango and passion fruit, combined with zesty lime and pink grapefruit. Distinctive floral notes of rose and a subtle herbal sage-like quality from the HBC 692. Background malt is neutral and bready with no caramel.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of juicy tropical and citrus fruit. High hop flavors of mango, berry, and grapefruit dominate. Malt character is low, providing a simple grainy support. Bitterness is low to medium-low and very smooth, leading to an off-dry finish with lingering notes of stone fruit and citrus zest.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. No hop harshness or astringency; features a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
