Crossfader is a vibrant Hazy IPA that harmonizes a complex double dry hop profile with lush, dessert-like nuances. Mosaic delivers deep berry tones, while Motueka and Nelson Sauvin contribute zesty lime and crushed white grape elegance. These hop layers are seamlessly woven into a sensory tapestry of ripe summer strawberries and soft vanilla cream. A surprising cooling edge of fresh mint and aromatic basil provides a sophisticated counterpoint to the beer’s grounding earthiness. The result is a velvety, modern ale that balances intense fruit saturation with a uniquely herbal, botanical finish.

Appearance. Pours a deep straw to golden orange with a brilliant opaque haze that provides a characteristic shine. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity bouquet dominated by Mosaic blueberry and tropical notes, paired with the lime zest of Motueka and the vinous gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin. A distinct sweetness suggesting strawberries and creamy vanilla emerges, supported by a clean, bready malt base. Subtle but complex notes of fresh mint and basil add an unconventional herbal layer.

Taste. The initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit and red berries, transitioning into a mid-palette of lime and white wine.
