Berlin Lit! is a vibrant Hazy IPA showcasing a transatlantic collaboration between Fuerst Wiacek and Commonwealth Brewing Company. The sensory profile is defined by an intensive double dry-hop addition of Citra, Peacharine, and Wakatu. Expect a lush bouquet of ripe nectarine and fuzzy peach driven by the Peacharine, sharpened by the distinct lime zest and floral top notes of Wakatu. Citra provides a solid foundation of bright grapefruit and tropical mango. The palate is soft and pillowy, supported by a grainy, bready malt base that ensures the hop-derived fruit intensity remains the focal point through a smooth, juicy finish.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, glowing straw to light gold. Topped with a dense, persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves significant lacing. The beer is opaque with a healthy sheen, free of any visible hop matter or yeast clumps.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics lead with pronounced stone fruit, specifically peach and apricot. Secondary notes of lime peel, grapefruit, and a hint of crushed tropical leaves emerge. The malt is subtle, offering a clean, bready, and slightly doughy backdrop without any caramel or toast.

Taste. An explosion of tropical and stone fruit flavors. Ripe peach and nectarine dominate the mid-palate, followed by a refreshing lime and citrus tang. Bitterness is low to moderate and exceptionally smooth, never lingering harshly. The finish is off-dry and clean, with a persistent juicy aftertaste of mango and lime.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a characteristically soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated, with no astringency or hop burn.
