This Hazy IPA serves as a masterclass in Mosaic hop expression, delivering a sensory profile that transitions from a grounding, spicy earthiness to a vibrant, fruit-laden peak. The nose and palate explode with distinctive notes of ripe blueberry and zesty lemon peel, further layered with delicate rose water and the nostalgic sweetness of Juicy Fruit gum. Its 6.8% ABV is seamlessly integrated within a super creamy, medium-full body that feels both lush and lively. With its characteristic opacity and soft, restrained bitterness, this beer prioritizes high-impact hop saturation and a smooth, pillowy finish.

Appearance. Color is straw to light orange (SRM 4) with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent blueberry, lemon peel, and floral rose water. A secondary layer of spicy earthiness from the Mosaic hops is supported by a clean, neutral, grainy-bready malt base and light tropical fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of fruity hop flavors, specifically blueberry and lemon, followed by a distinct Juicy Fruit gum sweetness. Malt flavor is low and bready.
