Berlin Buzzin! is a vibrant collaboration that revitalizes the classic West Coast IPA framework with modern precision. Pouring a brilliant gold, it radiates an intense hop bouquet characterized by zesty grapefruit, resinous pine, and a touch of tropical melon. The palate is defined by an assertive, clean bitterness that cuts through a lean, grainy malt base. As a collaboration between two modern hop masters, the beer maintains a crisp, dry finish that emphasizes pungent oils and hop saturation. High carbonation and a medium-light body enhance its drinkability despite the 7.2% ABV, leaving a lingering, resinous aftertaste that beautifully balances the clean, neutral fermentation.
