Fuerst Wiacek

This Hazy IPA captures a lush, tropical-forward sensory profile, defined by its massive dry-hopping with Citra and NZH 109. The experience begins with a vivid bouquet of overripe mango, bright lime zest, and sweet passion fruit from the Citra, while the NZH 109 variety contributes complex layers of stone fruit and crushed gooseberry. On the palate, the beer is exceptionally soft and pillowy, delivering waves of citrus and tropical juice balanced by a low, integrated bitterness. A clean, bready malt presence ensures a smooth, off-dry finish that remains drinkable and refreshing despite its intense hop saturation and hazy opacity.

Appearance. Color is straw to deep gold (3-6 SRM) with a significant hazy, opaque shine. It supports a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of mango, grapefruit, and peach. Low, neutral, bready malt provides a background for fruity yeast esters that harmonize with the tropical hop character. No caramel or toast is present.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with lime, passion fruit, and stone fruit. Malt flavor is low and grainy. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and restrained, leading to a smooth, juice-like finish with no harshness in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, but there is no astringency or raw starch character.
