This Hazy IPA presents an immersive sensory experience defined by a saturated tropical bouquet. A double dry-hopping of Nectaron, Citra, and Mosaic drives an intense profile of overripe peach, passionfruit, and bright pink grapefruit. Its pillowy, opaque appearance leads into a soft, juice-like palate where a neutral, bready malt base supports waves of mango and lime zest. The bitterness is remarkably restrained, allowing the vibrant stone fruit character from the Nectaron and the berry-like nuances of the Mosaic to take center stage. It finishes with a clean, off-dry smoothness, elegantly integrating the alcohol into a refreshing and fruit-forward afterimage.

Appearance. 4-6 SRM; deep straw to light orange with a hazy, opaque shine; thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent nectarine, passionfruit, and grapefruit; secondary notes of mango and berry; low grainy-sweet malt in the background with clean, fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. High tropical and stone fruit hop flavors echoing the aroma; low bready malt flavor; low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is soft and well-integrated; off-dry to medium finish with a smooth, lingering fruit juice aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture; medium carbonation; light, well-integrated alcohol warmth; no hop harshness or astringency.
