This Triple IPA, a collaboration between Fuerst Wiacek and Ārpus, delivers an incredibly saturated sensory profile. The aroma is dominated by a heavy dry-hop charge of Strata, Motueka, and Citra, offering intense layers of passion fruit, crushed lime, and bright pink grapefruit. Despite the high alcohol content, the palate remains remarkably fluid, balancing a soft, doughy malt base with a firm, clean bitterness. Flavors of ripe melon and citrus zest lead into a drying, resinous finish that masterfully integrates the 10% strength. It is a bold, modern expression of a Double IPA, emphasizing punchy tropical hop saturation and a lush, velvety texture.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (6–9 SRM) with an opaque, hazy glow. The beer is topped by a dense, creamy, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by hop-derived notes of passion fruit and herbal dankness from Strata, complemented by the fresh lime zest of Motueka and Citra’s signature grapefruit and lychee. Malt is very low and neutral, offering a light doughy support. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a blast of tropical fruit and citrus oils. Flavors of lime, melon, and resin are prominent. Malt character is minimal, providing a clean, soft foundation for the high hop bitterness. The finish is medium-dry and lingering with a pleasant citrus pith bitterness and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable, smooth alcohol warmth is present, reflecting its strength without being hot or solventy. Very low astringency.
