Polychrome presents a saturated sensory profile typical of a modern Hazy IPA, defined by its intense and layered hop expression. The dry-hop combination of Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka drives a complex bouquet of tropical mango, ripe blueberry, and a distinct lime-zest brightness. On the palate, the hop intensity is high, yet the bitterness remains restrained, allowing the soft, doughy malt character to provide a pillowy foundation. A signature smoothness carries the flavors of passion fruit and citrus through to a clean, juicy finish. At 6.8% ABV, it offers a refined balance of fruit-forward depth and high drinkability, capturing the essence of the style.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (SRM 4-5) with a dense, opaque haze that creates a vibrant shine. Features a medium-high, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring tropical mango, ripe stone fruit, and a distinct citrus zest. Mosaic and Citra provide heavy notes of passion fruit and berries, while Motueka adds a bright lime character. Low bready malt in the background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and papaya. Low to medium-low grainy-sweet malt flavor provides a soft backbone. Bitterness is low to moderate and well-integrated, providing enough balance to prevent cloying sweetness. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and no harshness. Carbonation is moderate. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but subtle, enhancing the overall smoothness.
