This Micro IPA collaboration between Fuerst Wiacek and Lervig delivers an impressively vibrant sensory profile despite its lean 3.5% frame. A heavy dry-hop regimen of Enigma, Citra, and Mosaic creates a complex bouquet of crushed berries, passion fruit, and bright tangerine. The aromatic intensity is remarkably high, leading into a refreshing palate where the resinous pine of Enigma meets the tropical depth of Mosaic and the citrus punch of Citra. It drinks with the assertive bitterness and hop focus of a classic American IPA, yet remains exceptionally light and crisp with a dry, clean finish.

Appearance. Luminous pale gold to light yellow (4-6 SRM). Persistent, frothy white head with excellent lacing. Slight to moderate haze, typical of modern heavy dry-hopping techniques.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma. Pronounced notes of tropical mango, blueberry, and grapefruit from Mosaic and Citra, complemented by the unique red currant and pinene characteristics of Enigma. Background malt is low, offering just a hint of clean, grainy crackers. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of hop-derived fruitiness—lemon zest, tropical melon, and subtle wine-like grape. The malt flavor is low and neutral, providing a lean foundation. Hop bitterness is firm and assertive, balanced against the light body rather than residual sweetness. Finishes crisp and very dry with a lingering hop resin aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a refreshing prickle. No alcohol warmth is perceived. Very low astringency despite the high hop load.
