Snowpunch is a captivating Specialty IPA that melds the lush, tropical character of the Juice Punch lineage with the refined, dark-malted structure of a winter ale. A substantial wheat bill provides a velvety, creamy texture that carries high-intensity hop notes of stone fruit, citrus, and resin. The dual yeast fermentation drives moderate fruity esters, complementing the vibrant hop profile. Visually deep, the palate remains remarkably bright and drinkable, offering only restrained whispers of chocolate and toasted bread that never veer into harsh roastiness. It finishes dry with a firm, lingering bitterness, embodying a sophisticated balance of smooth mouthfeel and assertive hop-forward complexity.

Appearance. SRM 30-35. Dark brown to near black in color. Features a persistent, moderate, light tan head with good lacing. Slight haze present due to the high wheat content, though it remains opaque rather than murky.

Aroma. High hop intensity with prominent notes of stone fruit, tropical melon, and citrus. Moderate fruity esters from the dual yeast blend. Malt aroma is low, presenting as light toast and a subtle hint of chocolate. Clean fermentation profile with no diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with tropical and resinous flavors. Malt flavor is medium-low, offering a supportive backdrop of light coffee and toasted bread without burnt or ashy qualities. High bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Finish is dry to slightly off-dry with a lingering hop and light roast aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, creamy texture attributed to the wheat. Carbonation is moderate. Contains a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No perceived astringency.
