This Imperial Stout presents an indulgent sensory profile, merging the deep, roasty intensity of the style with decadent additions of coconut and hazelnuts. The aroma is a rich tapestry of bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and toasted nuts, supported by a distinct tropical sweetness from the coconut. On the palate, expect a luxurious, viscous texture where layers of charred grain and dark cocoa meet the creamy, praline-like character of hazelnut. The finish is long and complex, balancing a steady bitterness against a lingering, nutty sweetness and a smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth that highlights its significant strength.

Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque. It supports a thick, persistent, dark tan head with moderate retention. The high viscosity and alcohol content are visible through heavy legs that cling to the glass.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of dark chocolate, espresso, and heavily roasted grain. The coconut and hazelnuts contribute a prominent toasted, nutty, and candy-like sweetness. Low esters of raisins and prunes are present, alongside a noticeable but smooth alcohol character.

Taste. A complex mix of rich bittersweet chocolate and roasted coffee flavors. The coconut provides a creamy, tropical middle, while the hazelnuts offer a savory, earthy depth.
