This Maibock captures the essence of a Munich spring with its deep golden hue and inviting malty profile. The aroma leads with a moderately strong grainy-sweetness and a hint of doughy character, underscored by a clean lager fermentation. On the palate, rich bready and lightly toasted malt flavors take center stage, balanced by a gentle, low bitterness that maintains a focus on the malt's natural sweetness. Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (6-9 SRM). Bright to clear clarity with a large, creamy, and persistent white head that leaves moderate lacing.
