Fri-Mousse Barbeblanche is a classic Weissbier that captures the essence of a traditional Bavarian wheat beer. The sensory experience is dominated by a harmonious interplay of banana-like esters and spicy clove phenols, driven by specialized Weizen yeast. A base of malted wheat and Pilsner malt provides a soft, bready, and doughy backbone that supports the fermentation character without becoming heavy.
