De Coffee Cinnamon B-Bomb (2022) is een decadente variant op Fremont’s iconische barrel-aged Winter Ale. Deze editie rijpte 9, 12 en 24 maanden op 8–12 jaar oude bourbonvaten van Amerikaans eiken en kreeg daarna een extra dimensie door toevoeging van cold brew koffie en kaneelschors. Het resultaat is een rijk, verwarmend bier met lagen van bourbon, eikenhout, cacao, leer, toffee en donkere koffie, verfijnd met kruidige kaneeltonen en een vleugje zoetheid. De diepzwarte body, het volle mondgevoel en de verwarmende 13,5% alcohol maken dit tot een waar winterbier van wereldklasse.

This year’s release of B-Bomb is aged in 8–12-year-old American Oak bourbon barrels and is a blend of 9, 12, and 24-month old barrel-aged Winter Ale. This special edition adds cold brew coffee and cinnamon bark to complement the bourbon, oak, cacao, leather, toffee, and dark coffee notes achieved from its extended barrel aging and barrel blending. Each barrel contributes a different note, and combining each barrel to create a coherent tone is a distinct art and true pleasure.
