This Weissbier is a modern, hop-forward interpretation of the classic Bavarian style, elevated by a generous dry-hop addition of Slovenian hops. The traditional yeast profile delivers clear notes of banana and spicy clove, which merge seamlessly with the floral and ripe berry-like aromatics provided by the Slovenian hops. The grist, featuring a heavy proportion of wheat and Pilsner malt, creates a soft, doughy foundation. Effervescent and bright, it maintains the refreshing, spritzy character typical of the style while offering a sophisticated, aromatic complexity that bridges the gap between old-world tradition and modern craft innovation.

Appearance. Pale gold in color with significant yeast and wheat haze. It features a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent retention.

Aroma. Moderate to strong intensity featuring prominent banana esters and clove-like phenols. These are complemented by a distinct floral and fruit-forward character from the Slovenian hops, all supported by a bready, doughy wheat and grainy malt backbone.

Taste. The palate opens with soft bready and grainy wheat flavors followed by low to moderate banana and clove yeast character. Bitterness is low but slightly more present than traditional versions due to the heavy use of Slovenian hops, which add floral and berry flavors. The finish is relatively dry and very refreshing.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a fluffy, creamy fullness that transitions into a spritzy, effervescent finish. Carbonation is high, and there is no significant alcohol warmth.
