Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale golden to soft amber with a distinct pinkish hue from the guava. It features a fine-textured, off-white head that dissipates rapidly, leaving minimal lacing, which is typical for high-acidity wild ales.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring pungent tropical guava and the grapefruit-like zest of timut pepper. A clean lactic sourness is present, accompanied by subtle earthy funk, floral esters, and a hint of spicy peppercorn. Low to no malt or hop aroma.
