A robust backbone of Munich and Pilsner malts delivers a rich, grainy essence of toasted bread crusts and baked biscuits. The aroma is intensified by an elevated presence of spicy and floral hops, leading into a firm, assertive bitterness that defines the style. Fermented cool for a clean profile, it transitions into a crisp, highly-attenuated, and dry finish. The result is a smooth, copper-hued ale that celebrates deep malt complexity while showcasing a vibrant, peppery hop character that lingers elegantly on the palate.
Appearance. Deep copper to bronze-orange (15 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a thick, creamy, long-lasting off-white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high malty richness with distinct notes of toasted bread crusts and nutty grain. High hop intensity for the style, displaying spicy, floral, and peppery characteristics. Fermentation is very clean with no significant esters.
