This German Pils highlights a unique regional character by utilizing 100% locally grown barley from Lazio. The sensory profile opens with a brilliant straw-gold pour topped by a compact, persistent white foam. Aromatically, the beer is led by the assertive, herbaceous character of Central European hops, supported by a clean, grainy-sweet foundation of Pils malt with distinct honey and biscuit nuances. On the palate, initial malt roundness is rapidly overtaken by a firm, refreshing bitterness that lingers pleasantly. It is a crisp, dry, and highly structured lager, balancing traditional hop intensity with a delicate, honey-flecked malt backbone.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3-4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Displays a creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity of herbaceous and spicy hop character. A clean, light grainy-sweet malt profile is present, carrying distinct notes of honey and fresh biscuits. Fermentation is very clean with no detectable esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impressions of grainy-sweet malt and honey are quickly countered by a firm, assertive hop bitterness. The mid-palate features herbal hop flavors and a toasted cracker quality. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and a touch of floral hop character in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderately high carbonation that provides a crisp, refreshing snap. Smooth and clean, without any harshness or astringency, though it possesses a slight mineral-driven sharpness.
