On the palate, a vibrant, lactic tartness immediately balances a luscious, dessert-like sweetness driven by rich vanilla and a subtle whisper of cocoa. The mouthfeel is exceptionally soft, creamy, and full-bodied, evoking a decadent raspberry lollipop. It finishes with a refreshing, mouthwatering salinity that slices through the rich fruit puree, creating a complex, beautifully balanced sour ale that is both incredibly plush and delightfully refreshing.
Appearance. Opaque and deeply hazy, displaying a vibrant, glowing raspberry-pink to reddish hue. Pours with a thick, pink-tinted, creamy head that shows moderate to good retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by rich, jammy raspberry and sweet raspberry lollipop notes, complemented by soft stone fruit aromas of apricot and ripe pear.
