A vibrant bouquet of fresh lemon zest and lime juice leads the charge, complemented by nuances of lemongrass and pink grapefruit. Idaho7 introduces subtle stone fruit notes, specifically peach, while Mosaic adds depth with its characteristic tropical complexity. Despite its strength, the beer maintains a remarkable freshness, balancing hop-derived zest with a clean, supportive malt base. The result is a highly aromatic and remarkably crushable experience where the hop juice takes center stage, finishing with a crisp, refreshing bite.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange (approx. 7-9 SRM) with a moderate, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing. The beer displays a slight haze typical of modern dry-hopped versions, though it remains fairly bright.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by citrus zest, specifically lemon and lime. Secondary notes of lemongrass and grapefruit are prominent. Citra provides bright tropical fruit, while Mosaic and Idaho7 add hints of peach and berry. The malt character is low and neutral, offering a faint grainy sweetness. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.
