Memory Hole is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases a potent blend of Citra, Waimea, and NZ Cascade hops. This expression balances hop intensity with high drinkability, leading with punchy aromas of grapefruit and tropical mango driven by the Citra. The Waimea and NZ Cascade hops contribute complex layers of crushed pine needles, tangerine, and a distinct floral zest. A lean, neutral malt backbone allows the massive hop character to remain the focus. The palate is defined by a firm bitterness that transitions into a dry, resinous finish, underscored by a clean, warming alcohol presence that reflects its strength.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM). Topped with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine lacing. Generally clear, though a very faint hop-derived haze is acceptable for the style.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by Citra's tropical fruit and Waimea's piney, citrus notes. NZ Cascade adds a distinct floral and lime-like brightness. Low, neutral grainy maltiness sits in the background. Clean fermentation profile with a subtle, well-integrated alcohol note.

Taste. Bold citrus and tropical fruit flavors are followed by spicy, floral hop notes. High hop bitterness is firm and clean, lacking harshness. Minimal supportive malt character with a hint of toasted cracker. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy, resinous aftertaste.
