‘Til Death Do Us presents as a refined, modern celebration of the Festbier style, elevated by an extensive twelve-week lagering period. This unfiltered German-inspired lager radiates a deep golden hue, offering an inviting bouquet of toasty bread dough and soft, honeyed Pilsner malt. Subtle floral and spicy hop notes provide a delicate counterpoint to the rich, elegant malt backbone. On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth and well-attenuated, balancing its moderately strong profile with a crisp, clean finish. The extended cold conditioning ensures a seamless integration of flavors, resulting in a sophisticated, highly drinkable lager that captures the essence of a traditional festival tent.
Appearance. Deep yellow to deep gold (SRM 4–6). Unfiltered with a slight, natural haze. Topped by a persistent, creamy white foam head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate malty richness with prominent notes of freshly baked bread, toasted dough, and light honey. Low but distinct floral and spicy hop character. Clean lager fermentation with no esters or diacetyl.
