This Double IPA delivers a concentrated sensory experience fueled by an intensive hop regimen of Citra BBC, Strata, and Galaxy. The aroma is saturated with tropical notes of passion fruit and mango, accented by the dank, herbal edges characteristic of Strata. On the palate, the hop intensity is high, delivering waves of citrus zest and stone fruit from the Citra Spectrum additions, supported by a lean, neutral malt backbone. Despite its 8.6% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable with a clean, dry finish and a firm, well-integrated bitterness that lingers without being harsh, reflecting a modern approach to the style.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (approx. 7-8 SRM) with a light, modern hop haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma with prominent tropical fruit, passion fruit, citrus, and a resinous, dank character. Very low, clean, grainy malt in the background; neutral fermentation profile with a soft, clean alcohol note.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma's tropical, citrus, and berry notes. High bitterness that is firm but clean and lacking harshness. Low, supportive malt with no significant caramel. Finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy, bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium-high carbonation provides a lively mouthfeel. Restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated; no harsh astringency.
