Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a soft shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical fruit—specifically mango, guava, and lychee—and stone fruits like peach. Subtle citrus notes of orange zest. Malt is supportive and low, presenting as lightly bready and grainy. Fermentation character is clean with neutral to slightly fruity esters that complement the hop profile. No green or grassy notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma, featuring intense tropical and stone fruit qualities. Malt flavor is low to medium-low, providing a soft bready backbone without caramel. Perceived bitterness is low to medium, well-integrated and never harsh. The balance is hop-forward but smooth. Finish is off-dry and clean, with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a characteristically soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no hop astringency or alcohol harshness. Very light, subtle warmth.
