Texture delivers a plush and velvety Hazy IPA experience. The hop profile is driven by a sophisticated blend of Simcoe and Enigma, offering a multi-layered sensory journey. Simcoe provides a foundation of bright pine and earthy citrus, while Enigma introduces exotic notes of red currant, melon, and white grape. These hop characters are cradled by a soft, pillowy malt backbone of bready, neutral grains. This beer showcases signature elegance, balancing intense tropical fruit esters with a restrained, smooth bitterness. The result is a juicy profile that emphasizes depth of aroma and a supple, creamy mouthfeel.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a medium, meringue-like white head with high retention and substantial lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus. Specific notes of grapefruit and resin from Simcoe join berries and white grape from Enigma. Malt is lightly bready and neutral in the background with fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of mango, passionfruit, and melon. Simcoe adds a touch of earthy pine while Enigma provides a unique vinous, berry-like character. Low to medium-high bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. The malt flavor is low and grainy, leading to an off-dry, smooth finish without harshness.
