Teach Me Tiger! is an assertive Double IPA that showcases a sophisticated and modern hop blend. Galaxy and Citra BBC lead the sensory experience with an intense burst of passion fruit, peach, and bright citrus zest. Layers of Nelson Sauvin introduce complex notes of white wine grapes and crushed gooseberry, while Mosaic BBC adds depth with blueberry and earthy mango undertones. HBC692 contributes a distinctive floral and grapefruit resin character toward the finish. Despite its strength, the beer remains lean with a neutral, grainy malt backbone that allows the hop saturation to remain the focal point. It balances high bitterness with a clean, dry finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing. Displays a slight haze, consistent with a modern, heavily dry-hopped profile.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of passion fruit, mango, and citrus. Notes of white wine, gooseberry, and a hint of blueberry are prominent. Supported by a low, neutral, cracker-like malt character and a clean fermentation profile with a very subtle, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a powerful wave of tropical fruit and zesty citrus flavors. Mid-palate reveals complex stone fruit and grape esters. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, providing a soft, bready base. Bitterness is high and firm but remains smooth without harshness. The finish is dry with a long, lingering aftertaste of grapefruit zest and resinous pine.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp, refreshing lift. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable. Free of any hop-derived astringency.
