This Double IPA showcases a saturated hop profile led by the trio of Simcoe, Talus, and HBC 630. At nearly ten percent alcohol, it balances high-octane strength with a refined, firm bitterness. The aroma is dominated by pink grapefruit and floral rose water from the Talus, while Simcoe provides a grounded pine and passion fruit backbone. HBC 630 introduces unique layers of sweet cherry and peach nectar. It pours a deep gold with a lasting white head, offering a clean, grainy malt presence that supports the intense fruit and resin character before finishing remarkably dry with a smooth, lingering alcohol warmth.
