Sprinkles is a vibrant Double IPA showcasing a potent hop profile. Azacca and Mosaic drive intense aromatics of ripe mango and blueberry, while Citra BBC amplifies the bright citrus and lime zest character. Simcoe provides a grounding layer of resinous pine. The lean malt bill ensures these aromatics shine, offering a clean, dry backdrop that masks the 8.5% ABV remarkably well. It is a bold yet approachable expression of the style, balancing high bitterness with a soft, modern texture. The result is a sensory experience that leads with tropical intensity and concludes with a crisp, lingering hop-forward finish.

Appearance. Gold to light orange (approx. 7 SRM) with a moderate-sized, creamy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and lacing. Clarity is good, showing only a very slight, modern hop haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple and mango from the Azacca, complemented by the berry and stone fruit character of Mosaic. Citra BBC adds a punchy grapefruit and lime zest layer, while Simcoe contributes a background of resinous pine. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy base.

Taste. Strong tropical and citrus hop flavors mirror the aroma, leading with tangerine, passion fruit, and a hint of blueberry. The bitterness is high but remains smooth and non-astringent. Malt flavor is low, crackery, and unobtrusive, allowing for a very dry and clean finish. Aftertaste is long and features lingering resinous hops and citrus pith.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but remains smooth and supportive rather than hot.
