This Double IPA is a vibrant showcase of Simcoe hops, elevated by the concentrated intensity of YCH 301 Trial Cryo Hops. The profile is dominated by a saturated hop expression of resinous pine, sharp grapefruit pith, and undercurrents of tropical passion fruit. A lean, neutral malt backbone ensures the high alcohol content remains integrated rather than heavy, maintaining the style's requisite drinkability. It pours with a soft, modern haze, delivering a clean fermentation profile that allows the complex, pungent hop oils to lead from the initial aroma through to a lingering, crisp, and firmly bitter finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (SRM 8-12); moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with dense lacing; slight haze typical of modern hopping techniques.
