This Double IPA is a high-impact sensory experience showcasing a sophisticated, modern hop blend. Dominated by Citra, including Dynaboost and BBC versions, and Mosaic, it delivers intense layers of ripe mango, pink grapefruit, and passion fruit. The addition of Galaxy and Nectaron further complicates the profile with punchy pineapple and fuzzy stone fruit notes, specifically peach. While the 10.2% ABV provides a significant presence, the beer maintains drinkability through a lean, clean malt backbone. The result is a vibrant, modern powerhouse where resinous oils meet a tropical fruit salad, finishing with a firm, drying bitterness and a smooth, integrated warmth.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (8 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves dense lacing. Displays a soft, modern haze consistent with heavy dry-hopping, though not fully opaque.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), citrus (grapefruit), and stone fruit (peach) characteristics. Malt is low and neutral-grainy. A clean fermentation profile with a soft, smooth alcohol note.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical and citrus fruit flavors from the Citra and Mosaic hops. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, providing a light bready support. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but lacks harshness. The finish is medium-dry and clean with a long, lingering resinous and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. There is a noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth that avoids being hot or solventy. Very low hop-derived astringency.

Sensory Profile.
