Record Store is a quintessential Hazy IPA that showcases an explosive bouquet of tropical and citrus fruit. The use of Galaxy and Strata hops delivers intense layers of passionfruit and subtle dankness, while the combination of Citra LupoMax and Mosaic LupoMax provides a vibrant punch of grapefruit and blueberry. Mosaic Spectrum further deepens the resinous, tropical complexity. At 7.2% ABV, the beer presents a soft, pillowy texture and a hidden warmth that supports a grainy, bready malt backbone. It finishes with a smooth, restrained bitterness, leaving a lingering impression of ripe stone fruit and lush greenery.

Appearance. Straw to light gold with an opaque, luminous haze. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by tropical passionfruit, ripe mango, and citrus zest. Distinctive notes of blueberry and a hint of dank resin from the Galaxy and Mosaic varieties are supported by a neutral, bready malt base and subtle fruity esters.

Taste. An immediate wave of tropical fruit flavor, including pineapple and grapefruit, transitions into a soft, bready malt sweetness. The bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the velvety texture. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth, highlighting the complex interplay of Strata and Citra.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy mouthfeel and no astringency. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift to the palate. A subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
