Quick Dip is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the intensive tropical synergy of Mosaic BBC, Amarillo BBC, and BRU-1. A luminous, opaque pour yields a massive aromatic bouquet of fresh pineapple and ripe mango driven by the BRU-1, layered with the signature blueberry and earthy papaya notes of Mosaic BBC. Amarillo BBC provides a bright citrus top note of sweet orange and floral grapefruit. The 6.8% ABV provides a velvety, medium-full body that carries these hop oils across the palate with restrained bitterness, finishing with a soft, juicy resonance and a supportive hint of bready malt.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-7 SRM); opaque with a consistent, heavy haze and a luminous shine. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and sticky lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by pineapple and stone fruit (BRU-1), followed by blueberry and tropical papaya (Mosaic BBC). Bright notes of orange zest and lemon (Amarillo BBC) emerge as it warms. Background malt is clean, bready, and grainy; no caramel or toast present.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavor featuring pineapple, mango, and sweet citrus. Malt flavor is low to medium, providing a neutral, bready foundation. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry to medium with a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste and no vegetal notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no astringency or raw starch graininess.
