This collaboration Hazy IPA delivers a saturated tropical experience, driven by the inclusion of Phantasm powder alongside Nelson and Hallertauer Blanc hops. The aroma is an explosion of passionfruit, white grape, and crushed gooseberry, reflecting the thiol-rich profile of the New Zealand-inspired ingredients. On the palate, a velvety, medium-full body carries flavors of ripe mango and elderflower, supported by a soft, grainy malt backbone. The finish is remarkably smooth for its 8.4% ABV, offering a gentle, lingering fruit-skin bitterness rather than sharp hop bite. It is a lush, modern interpretation of the style with an elegant vinous complexity.

Appearance. Pours an opaque, luminous straw-gold with a dense, white meringue-like head that exhibits high retention and leaves thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit and white wine notes; prominent passionfruit, gooseberry, and grapefruit thiols. Background notes of elderflower and bready, grainy malt are present, with a clean fermentation profile and a very light hint of alcohol.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavor featuring mango, white currant, and crushed grapes. The bitterness is low-to-moderate and very soft, never harsh. Malt character is supportive and grainy, providing an off-dry finish that lingers with a juicy, tropical aftertaste and minimal hop burn.
