FrauGruber Brewing

Paradise Cove presents a vibrant sensory journey defined by its lush, tropical hop profile. Intense aromas of ripe mango and pineapple driven by El Dorado hops lead the way, followed by punchy passionfruit and peach notes from Galaxy. The addition of Talus introduces a unique layer of pink grapefruit zest and a faint, dried rose floral character. This Hazy IPA offers a soft, pillowy texture over a backbone of neutral, lightly bready malt. The palate is a saturated fruit experience with a restrained bitterness, finishing smooth and off-dry, showcasing the modern, juicy intent behind this expressive hop-forward ale.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (SRM 4-6). Opaque, hazy appearance with a soft glow. Tall, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity fruity hop aroma featuring pineapple, passionfruit, and stone fruit. Secondary notes of citrus zest and a subtle floral hint. Clean, lightly bready malt background with no caramel or toastiness.

Taste. Explodes with tropical fruit flavors, specifically mango and peach. Hop bitterness is low to medium, providing just enough balance against the soft malt. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering citrus aftertaste that lacks any harshness or grassy notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. Very light alcohol warmth is well-integrated. No astringency or raw grain texture.
