This formidable Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a punchy trio of Riwaka, Citra, and Strata hops. The aroma is a vivid explosion of passionfruit, ruby red grapefruit, and a distinct dank berry undertone. On the palate, the high-alpha hop oils provide a firm bitterness that cuts through the subtle, clean malt base, allowing flavors of citrus zest and tropical fruit to shine. Despite its robust strength, the finish remains remarkably dry and crisp, with a smooth, warming glow that highlights the high alcohol content. Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a slight haze from heavy dry-hopping. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with good lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with dominant tropical passionfruit, grapefruit, and resinous berry notes. A supportive, neutral, grainy maltiness sits in the background. Fermentation is clean, though a smooth, noticeable alcohol presence is detectable.
