This potent Double IPA showcases an explosive hop profile driven by Citra BBC, Galaxy, and El Dorado BBC. At 9.9% ABV, it balances significant strength with a surprisingly lean body and high drinkability. Aromas of ripe pineapple, passionfruit, and resinous citrus lead the charge, supported by a neutral, grainy malt base. The palate delivers an intense wave of tropical stone fruit and candied orange, finishing with a firm, clean bitterness that masks the alcohol's warmth. Despite its power, the finish remains dry and crisp, emphasizing the lush, modern hop character that defines this bold and aromatic expression.
Appearance. A deep gold to light orange-copper color (8-10 SRM) with a slight haze. It is topped by a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical passionfruit, ripe pineapple, and citrus zest. A clean, neutral, and slightly grainy malt character sits in the background.
