This Double IPA radiates a modern hop intensity, driven by a saturation of Simcoe and Enigma hops. The sensory profile is led by vibrant layers of passion fruit, ripe melon, and red currant provided by the Enigma, underscored by Simcoe's signature resinous pine and grapefruit zest. Despite its 8.2% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a lean, pale malt base that provides just enough support without adding heavy sweetness. The finish is remarkably dry and clean, leaving a lingering, firm bitterness and a complex bouquet of tropical berries. Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Topped with a medium-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves intricate lacing. Clarity is mostly clear with a very faint, modern hop haze.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring Simcoe’s resinous pine and pungent grapefruit alongside Enigma’s unique notes of red berries, melon, and tropical fruit. Low, neutral grainy malt sweetness in the background. Clean fermentation profile with a subtle, well-integrated alcohol hint.
