Delicious Landing is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the expressive synergy of Mosaic BBC and Simcoe hops. It pours with a signature opaque glow, releasing an intense bouquet of tropical mango, ripe blueberry, and zesty grapefruit. The palate is defined by a soft, pillowy texture that carries lush flavors of stone fruit and passionfruit, supported by a clean, bready malt backbone. With its restrained bitterness and refreshing finish, this beer emphasizes the juicy character and biotransformation qualities of its New World hops. The experience is balanced and remarkably smooth, offering a saturated hop profile without any harshness, epitomizing the modern fruit-forward profile of the style.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-5 SRM). High opacity with a persistent, hazy shine and no visible particulates. Dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit, mango, and guava from the Simcoe, alongside distinct berry and stone fruit notes from the Mosaic BBC. Low bready malt in the background. Clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters and no alcohol harshness.

Taste. Massive tropical and citrus hop flavors featuring pineapple, blueberry, and passionfruit. Initial impression is juicy and fruit-forward. Low to moderate bitterness that remains smooth and never sharp. Malt flavor is lightly bready and supportive. Finishes off-dry to medium with a lingering, soft fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, rounded, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth mouthfeel with no hop astringency or raw starch graininess. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Sensory Profile.
