Fox Friday’s Hazy IPA presents an intense, juice-forward sensory profile driven by a heavy-hitting hop trio of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado. The aroma is a saturated blend of ripe mango, passionfruit, and sweet tangerine, supported by stone fruit esters from the Imperial A04 Barbarian yeast. A sturdy grist of Maris Otter provides a rich, bready foundation, while Honey Malt adds a subtle floral depth. Flaked Oats and Wheat Malt contribute a signature opacity and a plush, pillowy texture. On the palate, the hop-derived stone fruit and citrus flavors are vibrant and lush, finishing with a soft, rounded bitterness and a clean, fruity aftertaste.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring dominant notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus zest. Complementary stone fruit esters of peach and apricot emerge from the fermentation. A background of bready, slightly nutty malt provides support without any toasted or caramel notes.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of tropical fruit and bright citrus lead the way. Low to moderate bitterness is well-integrated and never harsh, allowing the juicy character to shine. The malt provides a clean, grainy-sweet baseline. The finish is soft and off-dry, lingering with notes of berry and stone fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a silky, smooth texture provided by the flaked grains. Moderate carbonation enhances the fluffy sensation. No harshness or astringency is present, with very light alcohol warmth.
