Giles is a masterfully executed German Pils that captures the essence of continental tradition. Utilizing Dingemans Pilsner malt, it presents a delicate sensory base of toasted cracker and light dough. The hop profile is sophisticated and prominent, featuring Hallertau Mittelfruh and Spalt Select which provide elegant floral, herbal, and spicy aromatics, while Magnum ensures a clean, assertive bitterness. Fermented with the classic W-34/70 yeast strain, the profile remains impeccably clean, allowing the interplay between the crisp malt and the noble hops to shine. It finishes exceptionally dry with a lingering, refreshing snap that defines its bright, structured character.

Appearance. Brilliant straw to pale gold (SRM 2-3) with a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate-high hop intensity featuring herbal, spicy, and flowery notes. This is backed by a low-to-medium grainy-sweet and doughy malt character. The fermentation profile is very clean, devoid of esters or diacetyl.
