Bluster is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases an intricate hop blend of Sabro, Strata, Motueka, and Azacca. The sensory experience is led by a sophisticated wave of tropical fruit, specifically highlighting creamy coconut from the Sabro and over-ripe mango and pineapple from the Azacca. Motueka provides a bright, pithy tangerine lift that prevents the saturated stone fruit notes from becoming heavy, while Strata adds a subtle layer of complex berry. The malt remains a clean, supportive backdrop, allowing these complex hop layers to shine. It achieves a remarkable balance between lush, tropical depth and a crisp, resinous finish, characteristic of a focused Double IPA.
