This classic M$$rzen presents a refined sensory profile defined by a significant grist of Vienna and Munich malts. The appearance is a striking deep amber, leading into an elegant, malt-forward aroma of toasted bread crust and warm biscuits. Traditional Hallertau Mittelfr$$h hops contribute a delicate, low-intensity herbal and spicy nuance that balances the rich malt sweetness. On the palate, the beer is smooth and creamy, delivering complex toasty flavors that finish moderately dry. Clean lager fermentation ensures a crisp profile, highlighting the sophisticated interaction between the premium German malts and the noble hop character for a deeply sessionable experience.

Appearance. Deep amber to reddish-copper color (approximately 12–14 SRM). Exceptional clarity with a bright, brilliant shimmer. Topped with a persistent, dense, off-white head that leaves moderate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high malt intensity featuring rich, bready, and toasty notes with hints of light bread crust. Very low spicy and herbal hop aroma from the Hallertau Mittelfr$$h. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. The initial impression is one of rich maltiness, showcasing complex bready and toasty flavors from the Munich and Vienna malts.
